The project is focused on the consultation and the technical support of the information system “DELOS” of the General Secretariat of the Economic Services in order to successfully record all the new requirements during the programming, the monitoring and the evaluation stages of various co-financing form EU or not projects. In particular, the followings will be examined: a) monitoring of the proposals with a unified approach using the existing information system “DELOS”, b) the modernisation of the approach of entering various projects’ data in the system, c) the design and development of new reports using pivot tables and d) a study of the interconnection of the existing information system “DELOS” with the Bank of Greece for cross-checking financial projects’ data.
• Development of the new functionalities within the existing system “DELOS”.
• Design and implementation of an application within the system “DELOS” for the usage and input of the specific information included in an electric file of the General Secretariat of Investments.
• Design and development of new reports within the system “DELOS”.
• Operational support and maintenance of the enhanced system “DELOS”.
• Educational support to the users of the enhanced system “DELOS”.
