Search and Rescue (SnR) performed its third in a serier of open webinars

On 9 December 2021, Search and Rescue (SnR) project conveyed its third in a series of open webinars tackling key issues related to Search and Rescue (SAR) operations. After the Clustering Webinar on New Technologies for First Responders (December 2020) and People with Disabilities in SAR operations (March 2021), the consortium addressed SAR operations during the recent wildfires and floods that affected Greece and Germany around the summer 2021 period, gathering more than 100 participants from Europe and beyond.

AI4EU Stakeholder Forum, 9-10 December 2021, Bologna, Italy

I-NERGY will participate in final AEI4EU event on the 9th and 10th December 2021, in Bologna, Italy. I-NERGY coordinator, Dr. Spiros Mouzakitis, has been invited as guest speaker in the session Exploitation Channels and Services of the AI on demand Platform to discuss about the contribution of I-NERGY to AI4EU in the future.


The DSSLab NTUA, representing the DigiPrime project, which participated in the DET 2021 “10th International Conference on Digital Enterprise Technology” presenting a paper entitled “The DigiPrime KPIs’ framework for a circular economy transition in the automotive industry”.

The aim of the paper was to gather and formalise all the different KPIs that actors across the automotive industry value chain need to monitor to follow circular economy practices.


A Memorandum of Cooperation for the exchange of know-how on issues related with renewables, was signed by DEPA International Projects, with the Laboratory of Decision Support Systems & Management of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the NTUA (EPU NTUA).

The QualiChain project: objectives & 4 keys areas.

The QualiChain project (coordinated by the DSS Lab) has produced a video to explain what the project is about and what it offers. This short animated video provides an overview of the project objectives, as well as the main stakeholders targeted by the project. Additionally, the video introduces the project pilots conducted in the 4 key areas of: (i) lifelong learning; (ii) university process optimisation (a pilot applied in the ECE School of the NTUA); (iii) staffing the public sector; (iv) providing recruitment and competency management services.
