SPHINX: A Universal Cybersecurity Toolkit for the Healthcare Industry

Sphinx is an EU funded project that tackles cybersecurity in the healthcare sector. The ever-increasing digitisation of the healthcare sector has brought forth many crucial improvements in the way healthcare providers operate, but at the same time it has put them at risk by making them a prime target for cyberattacks.

Triple-A: “Enhancing at an Early Stage the Investment Value Chain of Energy Efficiency Projects”, European Commission, Η2020

The Triple-A project will identify “Triple-A” energy efficiency investments, aiming to reduce the respective time and effort required at the crucial phase of the investments’ conceptualization, as well as to increase transparency and efficiency of respective decision making. By introducing this new scheme, we seek to make energy efficiency investments more transparent, predictable and attractive for investors / financiers and project developers.

Triple-A has a very practical result-oriented approach, seeking to answer three questions:

3rd C-Track 50 roundtable with national stakeholders, March 19, 2019

 The 3rd C-Track 50 roundtable with national Greek entities was realised in National Technical University of Athens, on March 19. Representatives of the Ministry of Environment and Energy, the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks, the Region of Epirus, the Region of Thessaly, the Center for Renewable Sources and Energy Saving, the Technical Chamber of Greece, the Sustainable City Network, as well as representatives of the National Technical University of Athens and EPTA (as C-Track 50 partners) participated in the meeting.

2nd C-Track 50 roundtable with National Stakeholders, October 22, 2018

The 2nd C-Track 50 roundtable with national Greek entities was realised in the premises of the National Technical University of Athens, on the 22nd of October. Representatives of the Ministry of Energy, the Region of Epirus, the Region of Thessaly, the Center for Renewable Sources and Energy Saving, the Technical Chamber of Greece, the Sustainable City Network, as well as representatives of the National Technical University of Athens and EPTA (as C-Track 50 partners) participated in the meeting.

C-Track 50 roundtable with national stakeholders, 05/07/2018 - Τρίτη, 21 Αυγούστου 2018

 The first C-Track 50 roundtable was realized in Athens, with the participation of NTUA and EPTA, and representatives from the Ministry of Environment and Energy, the Centre for Renewable Energy Sources and Energy Efficiency, the Technical Chamber of Greece and the Sustainable City network. The discussion was focused on the energy policy planning process and the role that regions and municipalities can undertake, as well as possible ways to improve the collaboration between the relevant stakeholders. All participants renewed their commitment for the two upcoming roundtables.

TRANSrisk COP23 side events, 6 and 9 November 2017 - Πέμπτη, 30 Νοεμβρίου 2017

TRANSrisk “Implementing NDCs: Diversity of Actors and Actions” and “The future of nuclear, oils sands and renewables: risky energy pathways?” COP23 side events took place on the 6th and 9th of November 2017, in Bonn, Germany. In these workshops results from TRANSrisk case studies in Canada, China, Indonesia, Switzerland and UK were presented.

TRANSrisk COP22 side event

TRANSrisk “Assessing mitigation pathway risk and uncertainty: case studies in the Netherlands, Kenya and Chile” COP22 side event took place on the 18th of November 2016, in Marrakech, Morocco. In this workshop TRANSrisk approach to developing low emission transition pathways and practical application of this work to a ‘post-Paris’ world were analysed.
