Technical and managerial support to the Managing Authority of the Operational Programme "Digital Convergence" for the management

The project objective is the scientific technical and management support of the Managing Authority of the Operational Programme "Digital Convergence" (OP DS) for managing, monitoring and controlling the operations of OP DS. The scope of work includes optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of Managing Authority in order to maximize the positive impact of the OP DS in all aspects of economy and society, and the better and more systematic management and control of the activities carried out in the framework of the OP DS, the early detection of problems encountered and the quick identificaion and implementation of effective solutions.1. Support for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation actions at the level of the OP,

2. Support the Evaluation of Projects (Actions),

3. Support the Management and Monitoring of Projects,

4. Support the On-site Verification of Projects,

5. Support the Management Authority in the monitoring/technical and financial auditing of the Interim Management Entities, Development, operation and maintenance of an IT System for Monitoring Co-funded Projects & Managing and Monitoring the activities of the Technical Support Consultant.
