The overall project objective is to contribute to the promotion of the Aquis Communaitaire in the Western Balkan countries and Turkey, through the implementation of appropriate programmes / projects with sustainable impacts / results. The contract purpose is: a) provision of clear, objective, well-targeted, consistent, user friendly information on programmes’ / projects’ implementation and of recommendations for improvements; b) provision of information (including statistics and customized analyses) on: best practices/common mistakes, recommendations for improvement, performance of the EC-managed project portfolio, cross-cutting issues (as in the European Consensus), other if/as required; c) dissemination of ROM results through seminars, enhancement of effective use of ROM outputs through hands-on assistance to their recipients and, by approval of EC, to other stakeholders); d provision of support to the competent EC Services for further development of the ROM and/or of specific methodologies/ tools for improving the effectiveness of the ROM system.
