Service contract for a Results-Oriented Monitoring system of the implementation of Projects & Programmes of External Cooperation financed by the EC – Lot 3 (Asia including Central Asia)

Overall objective: EC external assistance to Asia and Central Asia is increasingly effective and accountable. Project purpose: To gather results-oriented information on projects and programmes and to report on progress in order to maintain and, where possible, improve the quality of external co-operation activities in Asia and Central Asia through timely, independent, well targeted information on implementation.
