Implementation of a regular reporting mechanism which provides analytical assessment of the Tacis Programme and individual projects implemented in Kazakstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Mongolia, Tadjikistan (until the suspension of Tacis) in all sectors, thus allowing all involved parties to make promptly the necessary adjustments to ensure that the projects remain on course and reach their objectives and to evaluate whether the Tacis Programme achieves its objectives. The services include programming and implementation of monitoring visits, utilisation of varied expertise, multi-sector-multi-country-multi-site planning and co-ordination, use of LFA and indicators, production of monitoring and of evaluation reports, production of sectoral & country reviews, establishment of quality assurance mechanism, organisation of training seminars for the EU and local experts, evaluation of the Tacis programme as a whole for the European Parliament.
