Dr. Christina Tigka is a Researcher at the Energy Policy Unit of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). She holds a M.Arch in architecture from Edinburgh University and a MA and PhD in social anthropology from Panteion University. 

Christina’s main research interests revolve around civil society and stakeholder engagement in EU policy initiatives and programmes, with experience in applying various ethnographic methods (multi-sited and multi-modal, digital, participatory) to analyse the societal acceptance of and participation in EU governance. 

Christina is Researcher in the Horizon Europe research and innovation projects TRANSIENCE, IAM COMPACT, and DIAMOND.
