The aim of this project is to establish a semantic - conceptual model that will achieve the elimination or reduction of diversity which exist in the organizational, operational and conceptual models used by the operators of Public Administration. This model will support all activities related to portraying, organizing and codifying knowledge, making it accessible and reusable.
