This project is implemented in the framework of the contract-frame with the European Commission in the sector of energy (Framework Contract, Lot-4), that aims at the rapid benefit of technical aid in third countries in the above sectors. The aim of particular work is the scientific support of the European Investment Bank (EIB), trying to assist the Palestinian Energy Authority (PAE) to develop and establish a structured electricity sector. The project will support Project Management Unit (PMU) on managerial and administrative issues. It will provide also support and technical assistance to the PMU during the process of successful beginning of the program.
Review of power system studies and design engineering of the 161 kV substations and supply options to these substations.
