Full title: Web based system for the evaluation, management and certification of professional skills/ capabilities in the human resources labour market

The aim of this project is to design and develop an innovative Methodology and a web based system for the specification, quantification and management of information, regarding professional skills/ capabilities of human resources. The system will provide the following services:
- Detailed Analysis, Evaluation and Certification of the professional skills of individuals / professionals, based on an advanced evaluation methodology, using analytical evaluation procedures.
- The creation and maintenance of a Knowledge Base that offers the available skills/capabilities of the total of the evaluated personnel. This Knowledge Base can be accessed and used by organizations and business that are interested in finding specific professional skills.
- Evaluation of the existing personnel and assessment of their skill, based on pre-defined criteria, concerning performance/productivity.
