The main objective of FEED Pilot Project is to apply a new concept in e-Participation by allowing users to have seamless access to existing federated content that matches their needs for information on the several aspects of a debated issue as well as to informative material about the specificities of the deliberation procedure in the scope of which an issue is considered. This way the level of knowledge for FEED users is enhanced both around the essence of issue at hand as well as of the procedural aspects of the deliberation process.

The overall objective of the Euro-Arab Mashreq Gas Market project is to contribute to the integration of the gas markets of Egypt, Lebanon ad Syria in view of creating a regional internal gas market to be integrated with the EU internal Gas Market:
The general objectives include:
•   Contributing to the completion of key connecting infrastructures in the region (Arab Gas Pipeline, other interconnecting infrastructures, etc.);
•   Promoting the use of gas in industries, commercial buildings, and possibly other sectors;

The objectives of the action are: 
• Analysing present policies concerning EU MS and Community targets for energy import. 
• Evaluating technical, economical and environmental characteristics of present and future energy corridors within Europe and among Europe and the supplying regions of the World, taking into account the different typology of infrastructures and technologies, the flows and the distances involved for oil, natural gas, coal, electricity, uranium, biomass and hydrogen.
