This project is implemented in the framework of the contract-frame with the European Commission in the sector of energy (Framework Contract, Lot-4), that aims at the rapid benefit of technical aid in third countries in the above sectors. The aim of particular work is the scientific support to the European Commission, to assist the INOGATE Partner Countries in ensuring improved control of their energy consumption in the building sector by promoting and developing EE, as well as the use of RE where applicable, in this particular area.

The aim of particular work is the scientific support to the European Commission, to assist the Republic of Moldova in the preparation of the Sector Budget Support Programme for energy under the National Action Programme 2009.The project will support local authorities on administrative and managerial issues.

The aim of particular work is the scientific support of the European Investment Bank (EIB), trying to assist the Palestinian Energy Authority (PAE) to develop and establish a structured electricity sector. The project will support Project Management Unit (PMU) on managerial and administrative issues.
