The Hellenic Agricultural Insurance Organization (ELGA)
The project objective is the:
- Identification / evaluation / optimization of main business procedures followed by ELGA relating to the insurance of agricultural production and the capital / infrastructure of agricultural enterprises;
- Analysis of the current status / identification of deficiencies in the use of modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICT);
- Identification of functional specifications for the Information Systems needed to be developed to support new / redesigned processes and in need for redesigning specific procedures within the Organisation for optimizing the use of Information Systems.
- Re-design and development of the new ELGA web-site
- Development of selected e-services to be integrated in the new ELGA web-site.
