The main objective of this project is to support the activities of the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights in the fields of e-Justice and Logistics Optimization.
Specifically, the consultant will provide support to:
relevant administrative and legislative actions (decisions, strategy formulation, legislative committees, etc.)
the maturing process and implementation actions of the Ministry's Operational Programs "Digital Convergence" and "Administrative Reform".
the coordination of the involved and beneficiaries of projects during maturation and design stages
in the process of organizing and drafting tender documents and tenders for specific projects both in the technical / scientific, and in their managerial aspects.
In the monitoring of the projects implementation.
The project expected results include the fortification of the introduction of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Administrative Reform, with the aim of improving the efficiency and quality of justice services. Also, the project will allow the transfer of know-how on the design and implementation of e-justice projects to the executives of the Ministry. Finally, it will facilitate the achievement of the objectives of Memoranda, Economic and Financial Policies and Understanding of the Specific Economic Policy Conditionality in the area of judicial reform.
